ABOUT
Hi! I am an interdisciplinary designer and researcher, focussing on Artificial Intelligence and how it can operate in the field of Art & Design. I was previously schooled as a neuroscientist, and I operate on the intersection of design, art and theoretical research. In my work, I try to connect and integrate insights and methods from different fields of expertise in which human perception plays a central role. My main topics of interest are Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Image/Object Recognition, Semiotics and Human Perception Systems.
I work for clients as well as for educational institutes. Besides having an autonomous design practice, I am interested in cooperating with art schools and getting to know different forms of art education and practice.
My projects can vary from installations, video work, writing, photography and sculpture. Currently I am developing a workshop in Machine Learning specifically for students from art schools.
